A place to listen more deeply
Relational, depth-oriented psychotherapy in Pennsylvania.
Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is available to patients in-person in Boiling Springs, PA or via telehealth to Pennsylvania Residents.
I offer a space to listen more deeply to the patterns, symptoms, relationships, dreams, and longings shaping your life. My approach is relational, depth-oriented, and attentive to both psyche and body. Rather than treating symptoms as isolated problems to eliminate, we can become curious about what they may be expressing and learn what is needed to transform them.

I work with adults and older adolescents navigating concerns such as:
Trauma and the lasting effects of difficult relationships
Anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm
Identity, sexuality, and life transitions
Family conflict and complex relational patterns
Neurodivergence and experiences of feeling fundamentally misunderstood
Dreams, spirituality, creativity, and questions of meaning
Repeating patterns that insight alone has not resolved
-
My work draws from psychodynamic and Jungian therapy, trauma-informed care, and somatic awareness. Sessions may involve exploring present concerns, earlier experiences, relationship patterns, dreams, images, bodily responses, and the meanings developing beneath the surface.
This is not a formulaic or one-size-fits-all process. Therapy is shaped collaboratively around who you are, what brings you in, and what begins to emerge through the work.

The fee for a 50-minute individual psychotherapy session is $185.
Sliding scale arrangements ($105-185 per session) may be available. Inquire during intake for more info.I am in-network with Highmark, Capital Blue Cross, and Aetna.
